  We've been extremely happy with the customer service and the technicians from this company. They're responsive, polite, informative, and just overall good people. Prices are comparable, and quotes are clearly explained. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

  The technician was friendly and polite but did not seem to be qualified. I called the office and explained the situation to a polite and professional person who indicated I would not have to pay the full charge and assured me they would get me pricing on parts and repairs. This encouraged me and I decided to stay with them to get the repairs done. Then the manager called me back was very passive aggressive and before even listening to me said every contractor is not the right one and would put me on a no call list. Obviously had no intention of listening tried once more to tell him that the previous person I talked to had resolved to my satisfaction but he was not interested. In response to you - I did not reach out to you and in my opinion did not create a hostile environment - but I do not react well to passive aggressive managers. At least we both agree that we will not do business with each other. Good luck to you as well

  Just bought a house that had an AC unit already installed. Was having issues with it, and Ray came to diagnose the issue for us and provide us with solutions. Great customer service, very knowledgeable , and taking the time to explain the issues to us was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend both the company and Ray to friends and family.

  Michael was friendly and knowledgeable about he was doing. Got right to the job and kept going till it was done. I was curious to see what he was seeing while cleaning. He was accommodating showing me before and after photos. I feel much more confident about my ducts and ready to go when it's time to turn on my furnace. Thanks for making this an enjoyable visit!
