  Went in to purchase a vape for the first time. Staff was very very knowledgeable and helpful. Took the time to explain the difference between devices and help pick the right vape juice to ensure success in my quit smoking battle.

  The lady here with dark hair is extremely ignorant. I've spent so much money since they first opened, I always used to deal with the guy, great to deal with, then when they went to the new location this lady seems to be there full time, when it comes to a product that does not work, she could care less and will be completely ignorant with you. She was super nasty to my gf the other day and now you guys lose 7 loyal customers, as our family members were not impressed by this either. Hopefully for vape depots sake you guys hire someone a little more friendly.

  Awful rude staff. I walked out without buying anything. Told the lady behind the counter that I heard their vape were better and stronger than the ones from the corner store. She argued with me that they are the same. Got one from the Vape exchange. They are stronger and smoother then the vapes from Mac's. Mac's are 18s theirs are 20s just incase she reads this.

  Obviously you didn't read my review very thoroughly just like you didn't listen to me very thoroughly I didn't ask for something over 20 mg I asked for something stronger than I already had which you did have. But don't worry The Vape exchange was very friendly and I would recommend them.

  If you are looking for a clean and very nice place to get your weed and excellent service well stocked in products and the most friendly and extremely helpful staff this is the place to go A++++ all the way love it can't wait to go back and stock up on everything 😀😊
