The first room we were put in smelled of smoke. We were promptly moved when we asked to switch rooms. Overall good experience. Will stay again.

I stay frequently at this location on business. The staff in the dining area are over the top friendly, accommodating and efficient. Look for Donna and Connie.
Front desk staff are welcoming and really make every effort to help you enjoy your stay. Watch for Shavaiz, Krista-Marie and Cindy!

This place is terrible. I do not recommend it to anyone! We found dirty underwear in our room and they moved us didn't offer anything else, then to top it off they are fighting me saying I didn't pay a security deposit and it's apparently the manager who I'm dealing with. What a joke

Stayed as an overnight guest in the executive suite. Room is very large and spacious, with fridge, safe and coffee machine. King size bed is very comfortable, so are the pillows offered. Staff is very helpful, particularly in the restaurant for breakfast. We did have a very slight issue with a bug in the room, but nothing major. Would probably stay here again.

We had mentioned adjoining rooms.. Ours rooms were next to each other which was nice, but only one of us had an adjoining room adjourned to some other guest Otherwise, a great stay, good breakfast too

I liked the beds and the 4 pillows that came with each. Appreciated the two mini fridges and microwave, and complementary soap bars. Wish they provided cotton swabs, and that the toilet flushed more reliably, and that the lighting was more intuitive

Has a decent sized pool, exercise room, and several other rooms to rent out that are all nice. Staff are professional and friendly. Clean rooms and good food for the morning buffet too

We were here for a small con that was occurring here (the meeting rooms got turned into a games room, artist alley, panels, etc) and everything was really great at the hotel. The hotel room is really nice and the workers such as front desk and housekeeping are nice. I love the spacious bathrooms and it's in a good location where everything is within walking distance. There's also a pretty good mall nearby as well.

Stayed overnight with my boyfriend for a quick getaway. Great location, close to public transportation and restaurants. We stayed in a king room that was located at the end of the hall. It was a good size and quiet. We received a complimentary breakfast voucher for their buffet and the food was quite good. Overall, a great experience and would revisit for future getaways.

The staff are very accommodating and friendly. We were here for a dinner banquet as well. The wait staff were very efficient and attentive. Tables were cleared in a timely manner. The food was excellent. The servers were on top of everything. No tray was left empty and it was delicious.

In a small ballroom by the pool for an event. The pastries were surprisingly delicious and we enjoyed the refreshments. The biggest downside to the event was the frequent noise and movement of the staff in and around the room so it proved to be slightly distracting

Clean rooms, nice lobby. There's a keurig in the room which is cool. Pool is nice and warm. Very centrally located, right near the go train, close to highways, there's a mall across the street and lots of restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. The street and rooms were quiet. The staff were pleasant.

All of the staff I interacted with were extremely helpful and pleasant. My room and the dining facility were both very clean and the breakfast buffet was actually pretty good. Only complaint I have is that the mattress in my room had a huge bump in the middle and the sides sloped down, so you felt like you were rolling out all night But the guys I was traveling with didn't have that issue in their own rooms.

Very disappointed with their customer service. We were supposed to be staying here with a wedding party. We called the hotel directly to book, and were forwarded to a call center. We spent 45 minutes on the phone getting our reservation confirmed: $112 for a king bedroom. After many attempts to try to thwart off the salesman trying to get us to agree to a trip to vegas, we finally got off the phone. We didn't receive a confirmation for three days, until I phoned to ask for one. The reservation was a mess, under the wrong name and wrong address, but the most disappointing was that the hotel said that the reservation was made for two double beds instead of the king bed. The reception employee was dismissive and rude, and was not willing to work through this error. Instead he said, if we wanted the king room, even though we were told that is what we booked, we would have to pay $167/night. We canceled and went down the road to Monte Carlo Inn, and they were much more receptive.
