  Big money, clean room but nothing fancy for the price. Breakfast was very low grade and not for the health minded.

  I had an unusual situation and the ladies at the front deskall the way up to Manager(Alice) handled it with calmness and classit absolutely was the cherry on the top of my incredible weekend! I thank all the stafflola special shout out to my coffee Angel! Thank you!
  This is one if the best experiences I have had at a Holliday Inni have been to a few.
  Thank you to my Hubby too💜

  Very comfortable room. Excellent food at the restaurant next door. All customers are given a 10%discount to eat there. Beautiful view from our room.

  I stayed at this hotel for a work overnight. The check in was smooth and efficient, the bill was ready to go when I got up. The room was clean and neat, everything I expect from a HI Express. Would definitely stay again.

  The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and suited our family well. The self serve complimentary breakfast had quite a tasty selection as well.

  Great staff and very patient with all our extra requests to accommodate our children. The Holiday Inn Express is a terrific home base if you want to ski Mount Washington (which we did).

  This is a very nice, comfortable hotel. The bed is very comfortable and the pillows are very good. In room internet is very good, i could stream Netflix without any issue. I get a decent deal here so that is why I stayed but normally i find this hotel to be a little over priced for what it is. That is why i only gave it 4 stars,. Make it a little more competitive to the area and this one would be 5 stars and where i would stay everytime i was in Courtenay.

  Great staff. Amazing breakfast that is included in the stay. Rooms are small but comfortable. Would stay again.
