First and foremost the staff here is great. We came here for a wedding and the service was top notch. The food catered to usincredible. Truly loved being apart of the Hilton experience for the first time. I'm sure this isn't the best place to come on a budgetbut once in a while it's well worth it. Thank you to ALL the staff for making this an unforgettable day.

Loved our stay here! It is very well located with lots of dining and entertainment options within walking distance. We had the option to check in online and get a digital key which was brilliant since we did not have to queue up and could head over straight to our room.

We had a Fallsview room that had a great view of both the Canadian and US falls.

But the best part was the service! A stuffed toy was misplaced when we asked for down sheets to be changed to hypoallergenic ones leading to much disappointment for our little one. Quite honestly we had little hope of the toy being retrieved in a hotel of this size, but amazingly enough the front desk and housekeeping staff did an amazing job and got us back the toy! Outstanding customer service! Now that's how to get people to come back!

Karen! Karen! Karen! As soon as we got to the front desk; she is the MOST pleasant person ever! We had quite the escapade with parking and as soon as we got inside and saw her, she turned everything around. Her positive spirit is AMAZING. She clearly is meant for this job. She’s beyond. Thank you so much Karen. We even ended up extending an extra night because she filled us in on things to do here. Thank you Karen!

Kathy, Karen, Carol, Rob, John & George. Where do I begin? AMAZING! By far one of my fave hotels next to Embassy.
Roberta always has my order and she has a great team. You would think for managing a Starbucks and seeing over 2500 people a day, she still remembers my order. Kathy keeps the hotel running smooth and is always in positive spirits. Her management team is beyond amazing.

We have stayed at this location multiple times and have experienced excellent customer service every single time. It’s so close to Clifton Hill and we get such an amazing view of the falls in this hotel. Housekeeping has always answered any extra needs we had and everyone has always been so nice to us. A special thanks to Robert managing the front desk as he has always been kind, and he is able to solve any concerns with the room that we have immediately. We will always come back here to stay whenever we are in the area because they always put our needs first and foremost.
