First time here. Cupcakes dry, not much flavor. Too much icing.large lump on top. And at 3.00 each way overpriced. Go to a regular bakery. Way over rated.

The most overrated cupcakes in London. What is the point of making the cupcakes oversized when they have no flavour? The cake itself is dry and doesn't taste anything close to what it's advertised as. The icing is their big sell because they put gobs of it on.

The customer service is also embarrassingly bad. Rude more often than not. My friend and I were going to buy 6 cupcakes and split them, but they refuse to give you the 6 unless they are in one box and they constantly chirp 'blame the government' because of tax purposes or something. Just a total waste of time and money.

Ordered cupcakes from Ohio for my husbands birthday. I sent an email through their webpage and received a reply quite quickly. When I called the next morning they weren't going to be in until noon. No big deal I just left a message. At 2 o'clock I still hadn't received a return call so I called back. At this point the woman who took my order informed me that they wouldn't be delivered that day. It would have been nice to know that beforehand but it happens.

My husband received his cupcakes and said they smelled wonderful and tasted great. I would definitely use them again!

Terrible customer service. The owner was quite nasty. They may be able to create unique cakes but it's not worth the terrible treatment you will receive. The owner was so nasty to my mom who was picking up a birthday cake because she came 20 mins prior to the arranged time. Instead of saying hello nice to meet you, I'll have everything for you shortly she snapped about her being there too early and was so rude. Never again, there are plenty other talented bakers in London who deserve the business!

You can tell when someone loves what they are doing, but at Hey Cupcake you can even taste it :)
Fantastic choice of unique flavors in true Canadian spirit.
We often visit this place and always enjoy these creations and service.

Absolutely the best cupcakes, and cakes, anywhere, and I consider myself a cupcake aficionado. The selection, and unique flavours, along with their standard fare, never disappoint. I have never found the staff to be anything but helpful and courteous, and their commitment to our community is stellar with their contributions to "Make-A-Wish Foundation". Lastly, I love the pretty pink box in which their cakes, and cupcakes are presented.

I hope people read this and many other similar reviews before going here. I can sum this place up in two ways - arrogant and poor quality. In fact both owners are arrogant. But there's nothing to be arrogant about because the cupcakes taste like box cakes with greasy icing on top. Have you ever heard of Razzle Dazzle? We'll they are more than accommodating for any budget, and their cupcakes - well I encourage you to go find out for yourself. You'll be going back over and over and over. Is there any way I can rate a 0?

In comparison with other cupcake makers in the city, Hey cupcakes are richer. They are gorgeous to look at and so tasty to eat. The service here is always friendly and welcoming. This is by far the best cupcake place in London.

Upon ordering cupcakes for a wedding, I visited Hey cupcake to book a consultation. The owners showed terrible customer service and called me multiple times changing my appointment time to convenience themselves (while making it seem beneficial to me). The Female was curt and made it seem as if i were a nuisance. The Male owner was cold and seemed annoyed. Upon picking up some cupcakes we were tasting, we got our cupcakes and waited for our consultation to begin. After being ignored (we were the only ones in the place) for 10 minutes we left, only to later receive an angry phone call from the female owner. Cupcakes were over-priced and far too sweet. I do not recommend doing business with this place to anyone. The cupcakes tasted stale and the customer service was awful. This is the first review I've ever done, I've never experienced anything like this.
