Fantastic food, great service. Try a Thursday night, they tend to have events down stairs but are quiet in the main dining room.

Nice decor. Crab cakes were 4 round M+M deep fried balls of slightly grey crab. Not "bad" but a very long way from crab cakes. Excellent side salad. Service was perfunctory once the three of us decided on no wine. I should have tipped 5% not 15%. My fault.
Come for the room, not the food or service, at least at lunch.

The Springs is one of my favorite restaurants. Good food , great service. Nice ambience although it can get a little noisy when busy. It has an outdoor terrace as well as a room on the lower level for private functions. Stopped in for a light dinner last evening consisting of two appetizers. Although quite tasty, 'The Springs' salad was a little soggy with too much dressing. The tenderloin tips and shrimp consisting of two Shrimp and about five small pieces of tenderloin was delicious. Bread came before the meal with only one piece per person. Our waiter provided superb service.

Went here to celebrate an engagement. The reservation process was pretty smooth. Although the place is a bit small, they managed to book us a table for 10 people. Inside is very nice and cozy. Quite busy as well. Drink selections were pretty good and the staff were all really nice and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious. They give you the chance to alter the menu and add or remove stuff to your food from the other items in the menu which I think is really great. Service was a bit too slow when it came to bringing out the food, although the server came to us and explained that the lamb chops we had ordered were the reason for the delay before we even asked anything, which I think was a nice touch.
Had live music (piano) the night we were there which was pretty good. No loud singing or playing which I find really pleasant when you're trying to have a meal.

Just enjoyed another fantastic meal at Springs last night. The food, the service and the atmosphere is second to none. For some it may be out of the way, but we enjoy driving there and parking in there ample parking area versus driving around the block 16 times to get a spot downtown. The only thing we don't understand is how this restaurant is not in the top 5 in London. I guess this lets you know that London is blessed with many great eating establishments. If you haven't been here for a meal, you are missing out.

The springs is a very friendly restaurant with a great classy dinner menu. Perfect place for a date, family or special occasion. They have a large room in the lower level to accommodate for large groups. The burgers are excellent here!
