Terrible restaurant. Asked for a virgin ceaser as I am pregnant and got served an alcoholic Cesar (no I did not drink it, after one sip I realized there was alcohol in it and gave it to back to the server in anger) and still had to pay for it!
Asked for my appetizer to come out before my full meal (like regular restaurants would do). I got served both at the same time and it took an hour and a half to get to us!
My burger was burnt, black, and disgusting. But again, still had to pay full price!
Our server did not come around once to ask "how our food is tasting".
At the end of our dinner, my family and I said, a big mac and fries at mcdonalds would've been more yummy and better customer service. Will never be back. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

More like 3.5 stars. Good ambience. We were a group of about 17, service was good. The food wasn't anything to write home about. I had their fish tacos and the batter/fish were under seasoned. Their alcoholic drinks are on the expensive side ($18 for 9oz of pinot). I've had their steaks before and that's probably the protein I'd stick with next time.

Great food but a bit noisy due to open layout. Waitress was very helpful and did a good job of describing the different dishes. Piano player and singer added to the ambiance.

This is a busy place with good Latin American food. Service is very good. The steak was perfectly cooked. The wine prices are higher than the quality of the wines call for.

Great Atmosphere. Staff is very polite. Huge wine menu. Food was top notch. I had to Baby Caberera Steak with Mashed potatoes. The steak was cooked perfectly but the mashed potatoes were really the kicker. Best I've ever had. Would definitely reccomend to anyone looking for a classy night out

Over priced drinks. I actually sent one back and stuck with wine. Ordered chicken skewers and they were raw. Waitress was really nice about it though (wasn't her fault) gave it some stars because dessert was really good and the waitress was knowledgeable with wine and was very good at her job

I would give this restaurant a zero rating. don't ever come here because for the food to be delivery at your table you have to wait for a whole 40 minutes and when it is serve it is cold already. I would not recommend this restaurant as it lack hospitality service and the price is to high that you not getting a wow factor in their food. is just an average food I can get else where in a cheaper price. the service so horibble that we have to ask other serve in the restaurant. the serve not even introduce herself to us and just ask us what we want even though we have not look at the menu. stay away to this restaurant. bad service, nothing especial with their food.

The restaurant is really pretty and the ambiance enjoyable. The food was pretty good too; u got a maple mojito and vegetable gnocchi. There was a lot of ice on my drink (it went VERY quickly) and my food was good-- but NOT worth the price. Pretty expensive. Service was as expected.

Hermano's has the best Caesar cocktail I've ever had. The food here is consistently good. I love the ambiance but it could get pretty loud when it's busy at night. Overall I would come back.

The food here is fantastic. I've been twice and recently for a special occasion and our waitress was fantastic. Very attentive but not overly so and she made a great wine recommendation that went well with our meal. The atmosphere is nice but also pretty loud so be aware of that but I could still have a conversation just fine. The only downside for me is it's very hot in the restaurant making it pretty uncomfortable. I went in the summer and winter and same issue both times.

Our food was fresh and hot however my girlfriend, who is a big fan of rice, said that the rice in her paella was a little raw. Prices are a little steep but that's understandable since their demographic is an older crowd. Friendly service and excellent live music.

    The service was delightful :)
The food was amazing. Very tasty, good portions and decently priced. Not too long of a wait on your food either! Loved the live music, made for a fantastic atmosphere. Definitely will go back and will be recommending it to my friends and family
