Excellent. Clean and comfortable rooms with kitchen. Laundry on site. Walking distance to harbour and city centre. Museum and Imax theatre next door.

We stopped in for drinks and appies st Helm's Inn last weekend. Service was good, drinks and food were great. We loved our server, but we forgot her name. We will definitely be going back.

Looks old on the outside but renovated inside. Super convenient access to several museums and the waterfront. Room 105 Has separate bedroom with queen bed and a pull out sleeper sofa in the kitchen living room. Two separate TV sets with cable channels. Sunken garden balcony. Full kitchen minus dishwasher. Strange location of guest laundry in the hotel lobby. Each "apartment" room has its own internet router- sweet so stream all the movies you want! I would come back here again. Overflow parking next door, so ask the front desk for your parking pass.

Adequate and clean and friendly and helpful staff. Internet was at best "intermittent" or non-existent. People moving about upstairs sounded clompy. Getting hot water was sometimes a challenge. I think three stars is fair award from me.

Excellent service. Very near the main tourist sites if Victoria. Rooms were surprisingly big, new and modern. And really good rate. Parking was free and early too.

THIS IS A GREAT BUDGET HOTEL RIGHT IN THE HEART OF THE VICTORIA HARBOR. YOU CAN WALK TO ALL THE MAJOR POINTS OF INTEREST. THE HOTEL IS CLEAN AND ROOMS ARE SPACIOUS

This hotel was amazing. The location excellent. Just a couple of blocks to the waterfront. Next to Beacon Hill Park for delightful walks, The rooms large and spacious with fridge and stove. Chris at the front desk was VERY helpful, as were the other staff. I will certainly stay here next time I am in Victoria and will recommend this hotel to anyone I know who goes to this city.

Wow!! What a wonderful hidden gem. I stayed here for 4 nights last weekend and was very happy with the stay. Very good value for the money. The suite was very clean and smelled fresh. Very high end counter tops and general appearance. Recently renovated. For $115/night, this is a deal!! The service was also stellar.
