I would sincerely recommend this facility to anyone in need of a hearing assessment or hearing aids. They helped my father-in-law in getting his hearing aid and most recently my elderly mother. They are knowledgeable and compassionate with the elderly, aware of individual challenges that some older clients may struggle with. We had the fortune of having Joyce Tang attend to my mother’s assessment and fittings ~ she is very gentle and thorough in her work, providing good recommendations and options we weren’t aware of. But I’ve found the entire staff to be as such. A great facility both for testing and product distribution.

Once again this clinic saved my life. I have debilitating constant tinnitus and the hearing aids they set me up with, TWICE, have changed my life and I now feel like I can do this i wasn’t able to before. I highly recommend this audiologists clinic for many reasons. It is clear that they care about the patient and not the money

My 19 yr-old daughter has been suffering from terrible, terrible tinnitus for the past 4 months. We have been to so many specialists, all of whom told us that there was nothing to be done for it. It was so bad she was having suicidal ideations.
And then we met Karen Kahansky.
The difference in my daughter after only ten minutes in Karen's office was marked.and by the time we left, she was smiling broadly and we were both crying from relief.
Karen was so understanding and genuinely caring, so patient and empathetic, her manner and her expertise combined literally changed my daughter's life. She is a different girl than she was before the appointment.
I can't say enough good things about Karen and what she does. I would recommend her to anyone in need of audiology services.
Oh and alsothe receptionist was very nice & the building is clean and modern and lots of parking.

Karen provides a very comprehensive service. She will fit your hearing aid and make sure its the right model for your type of hearing loss. She has been in the industry for over 30 years. She is always up on the latest technology. She is not like the "big box" hearing aid dispensaries. If you want a good fit and a hearing aid that actually will help she is the person to call. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
