Very unprofessional staff. They cancelled my father's appointment without letting us know and when I went there they started making up excuses. That blond receptionist is very rude she talks to you while staring at the screen instead of looking at you and giving you an eye contact.

I took a day off to go visit the doctor. The receptionist told me very rudly (staring at her screen) that she already emailed me a cancellation of that appointment wich is not true. They dont even have my e-mail in their files. I have been waiting for long time for this appointment. I'm too upset.
