The Hearing Room gave me an answer in an hour that an ENT failed to provided in over a year and a half. The receptionist is so friendly and the audiologist knows his stuff. The location is clean and they are going above and beyond with the COVID protocols. I was so impressed.

Lauren did a great job clearing the ear wax blockage that has been bothering me for a week. I even brought my daughter for a hearing test and remove excess wax from her ears. Lauren is really patient and great with kids. She made sure my daughter is comfortable with the whole process of test and cleaning.
The experience with the clinic is very good with Matt making sure that the family is comfortable while waiting for our daughter's test. We will be back for sure to the clinic if we may need any help with ear issues.response / report this review -

I couldn't recommend this place more highly! Lauren is an amazing Audiologist and explained things to me so well. They're just the best - you won't be disappointed!!

Lauren was fantastic with my 6yr old. We have been battling ear wax for months and Lauren was able to remove it all in about 20 minutes. She was so gentle and caring!
