These guys are damned patient and super helpful. Discussed my plans with the VPs son for a metal roof for a small carport project and he gave me prices, tips, and techniques. I didn't get this kind of help at any other supplier nor a big box store. I highly recommend these guys for your roofing projects, big or small.

Extremely bad customer service. Very bad sales people and the company tries to sneak in hidden charges in the order. e.g. I asked about delivery and in written they said delivery charges are $450 plus HST. However when I was ready to place the order the salesman said delivery will be on the truck and you have to unload the material yourself. If you want us to unload the material it is $800 extra. This is the first time I have heard any company say delivery means material in truck outside customer house and then customer has to unload the material himself.

Their sales person was very rude and even started shouting on the phone when I asked questions on some of pricing details.

So for a $800 sneaky charge they decided to loose my $11,000 order. Great going..
