  Kevin was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was thorough and genuine with his inspection, and had great suggestions. I also really appreciated the comprehensiveness of the PDF report, it was very easy to reference items from the inspection with included photos. Made it an easy and worry-free purchase.   This is a first review for me, and the reason for providing it is the exceptional results which came from having Kevin perform our home inspection prior to purchase. All too often I am disappointed with services due to lack of attention to detail, timeliness, and / or the general feeling that the service provider is not there to take care of my concerns, but rather just going through the motions. Kevin was none of these. Right from the start it was obvious that he was very detailed, from inspection right through to reporting. When communicating his findings he was clearly on the buyer's side to protect us. And he spoke in terms which made it understandable to the layman. He showed care in providing feedback with clear recommendations, and was also clear where he should defer to more qualified certified trade such as electricians etc. As I mentioned above, this is the first time I am providing a review and it was me who asked Kevin if he would like a review. He never asked me or even hinted that it was the primary reason he provides good service. Very good, and very economical. Highly recommend his services.
