  Good experience from the getgo. Gentlemen gave us a tour of the gym knowing this was just a one time drop-in as we were in transit.
  Spacious gym, well maintained machines and free weights. Had a great workout, will return if I am in this part of town again.

  Nice clean gym, friendly atmosphere and lots of newer equipment. Staff are great members are polite to one another well worth going here.

  Very professional staff.
  Sue has always been a great asset to the team!
  I have been coming here for years due it being the cleanest gym in town, bar none and not intimidating in atmosphere.
  The only other place that would make you feel at home would be, well, at home :)

  When I stay in Nainamo for work this is the gym I always go to. Nice plate loaded and pin equipment, real squat rack and one of the nicest bench press i have ever benched on. Lots of cardio equipment if that's what your into. Has all the stuff a hard core gym would have but very clean like a commercial gym. Drop in Rate is a little pricey at 11$ but It's worth it to me.

  The staff here really know how to take care of people, with great nutrition advice and an awesome facility. They have everything here from free weights to all the machines and even tanning. A great find for those of you who are looking for a gym you have to try Harbour City.
