Amazing service, couldn't ask for a better experience.

I needed a tow the first snowfall of the year. Yay for me. It wasn't urgent, as I just needed my car to be towed to a shop for repairs the next day. I was told that I should have a truck out to me in the afternoon, than it started snowing. Of course with everything in the snow, things tend to get delayed. Bill was excellent with keeping me updated and he still made sure I got my tow. It was a few hours after I was originally quoted, but a car accident is a more pressing issue, and the snow slows things down. Dont be so impatient. Kudos to the driver as well, for being personable, and making sure my low bumpers didnt get ripped off. Excellent service, excellent staff. Thank you again!

Tire change.

I never leave reviews but I was so disappointed with this service. I used it for the first time to change a tire in the city. As the day progressed some thing started to burn and the tire and the car started shaking. When I called the car company they insisted something was wrong with the car, specifically the emergency brake.

Prior to the tire change the car operated without any issue. When I called Beatons to tow the car They indicated it was a problem with the tire change.

Such a disappointment.
