Fair price, no hassle, knowledgeable polite and well spoken over the phone. Tow was prompt. I had a much better experience with them than previously with other tow companies in the city.

I was involved in an accident and Meco arrived to tow me back to Halifax. His mother had just passed away that morning and he was tearful, my heart goes out to him and his family. Bless him for going to work after such a shock. He is a good man and an employee that moat certainly be praised!

Got myself in a bind accidentally locking my vehicle with my phone and everything inside! Darrel arrived within 30 minutes after a call from the helpful grocery store clerk. Highly recommend.

Darryl was friendly & courteous for the entire interaction. He arrived promptly, made sure I understood the costs, and changed the tire quickly. If I need roadside assistance again, I will definitely be calling Excel Towing.
