Farrah did an amazing job with my highlights and trim! Being stuck in quarantine for so long my roots had really grown out and my hair was looking very dull. Farrah did full highlights and used this awesome new toner that completely changed the look of my hair! I’m so so happy and have already recommended her to friends and family. I will definitely be back.

Whatever you do, never get any skin treatments done here. I went in for a facial and they made me wait for around 25 minutes even though the salon was empty. They were busy doing the owner's nails. Once they finally got to me, the lady rushed through everything and carelessly applied products to my face getting it all in my mouth and nose. Then she placed the steamer so close to my face, it was suffocating. She extracted things that were not ready to come out which left scarring around my nose. And to top it all off, she insisted I do my waxing while the face mask was drying on my face. I went there to be relaxed, not have my hair ripped out in the process. These people are unprofessional, unorganized, rushed, and certainly not worth the expensive prices, Will not be coming back ever.

This was the first time I dyed my hair and I was super nervous before going in, but as soon as Farah started the process I knew I was in good hands. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was able to deliver that and more. Both, Farah and Rose were so kind and professional. I absolutely love my new hair style and would recommend H&M Hair & Spa to any and everyone!!

They charge fair price.

I have been to this place a few times, but not am not a regular customer. For the times that I have been here; I can say 2 things about the place.

1) Clean and well maintained salon
2) Friendly and efficient staff

I may soon become a regular customer, and when I do, I will write another review.

I went there for a haircut today it was an awesome experience everybody was very friendly I didn't have to make an appointment but they recommended I was in and out and a good time was it clean nice place highly recommend and also the girls did awesome job

I would not recommend going here. I went for a haircut and called them before hand to let them know that my dad and I will be using coupons. They said that they would accept the coupons. Once we reached there and my dad got his haircut done, I waited for a good 30 mins. After the wait was over, I finally went in and told the lady to cut my hair according to the coupon only to prevent extra charges. Suddenly, she said that my dad and I cannot use two coupons at a time since we are family. There is some rule that one coupon per family, but neither was this mentioned on the coupon nor did the person on the phone tell us this. We specifically told them that we will use two coupons. I argued and told them that they had not mentioned this anywhere, how was I supposed to know? Last moment, I decided to pay for myself but they refused to accept because we are family. It really pissed me off and I decided to not go to this place ever again. They are inconsiderate and don't own up to their mistakes. Very poor customer service.

I have been to this salon a few times for Brazilian waxing, solely due to convenience as it is a two minute drive from my home.

However, I would not recommend going here. There is a younger lady who is extremely unprofessional. She was waxing me and she repeatedly commented on my public hair (I would appreciate it if she commented on just about ANYTHING else. It's already awkward enough).

When she does wax me, she's not experienced enough to pull the hair from the root. This then leads the hair to grow back in two days (I am not kidding). Finally, she over charges me for the horrible service ($40+ it's never a set price)

Fortunately I have gotten waxed by the owner who does a much better job. If you want to have a Brazilian wax ask for the owner and not the younger employee (I don't even know her name as she is not worth rememberingonly avoiding)
