I heard a lot about Purba Furniture and they definitely lived up to the expectation. The dining room sets collection over there was something that I had never seen before. I was so amazed by their collection and bought one dining room set for my living room at a very good price. All thanks to Ricky for providing me this great deal. I loved it very much!

Best experience ever ! My family has been shopping with Purba for years and they never disappoint. Ricky made our experience so enjoyable and made our delivery process so smooth. We had an issue with our Ashley sectional not fitting and they solved our issue right away. Amazing service, wouldn't shop anywhere else !!

We have made several purchases for our home at Purba Furniture as they had really great selection on everything. Starting from the sales to delivery it was really smooth. Had a small issue with one of the products but to my surprise they replaced it without any delay within a day. This is the experience a buyer actually wants. Thanks Purba Team for all your help. Will see you!

Not a trust worthy business!
I bought a dinning table set from here and got a decent deal in it, finally delivery and everything satisfactory. I liked them and went back to them when I needed a sofa for my living.
The leather Sectional Sofa we liked was one of them most expensive in their show-room. We were worried about the leather being genuine or not and the sale person to the owner himself guaranteed us that it was genuine and gave it in writing that the leather sofa was in warranty for materials and workmanship.
Within six months of purchase, surface of sofa started to peal off, I took some pictures from my mobile and went to them. Upon my complaint, their first question was "Did we sell it to you as genuine leather or as bonded leather". First I was shocked with this question as it was clear the they led about it being genuine as themselves weren't sure what they sold it as. They said to send me pictures to them in email so that they can show it to the vendor. I did add they advised but then they never talked to the email even after many reminders. When I called they said they are waiting for the vendor to reply. As they kept tricking me on phone, I went to them again to talk face to face and this time they said that vendor wants to see one of the pieces, now again I tried to corporate and brought them one piece from sofa which of course left my living room with a a half split sofa. Again same game on phone and when I went back in two weeks this piece of my sofa was just sitting there in one corner. Now they said I could take that piece back and they will work with vendor which they actually never did. They didn't even give me vendor's contact when I offered to deal with the vendor directly. They kept giving me run around on phone and in my visits until I was exhausted from this exercise.
I wasn't left with much stamina and patience to do any legal action against them and gave up on it. Bough another sofa from Costco which I'm pretty happy with.
Moral: Purba furniture is a FRAUD when it comes to authenticity of products, customer service or warranty.response / report this review -

My wife & I purchased a queen size bed and dresser from this store and everything was perfect. They have a great selection of virtually anything you need for your home. Delivery & setup was on-time and to this day, we are very happy with our purchase.

I normally don't write reviews, but I had to share my experience.
I've came to Purba Furniture in the summer of 2015 to buy furniture for my family room along for my son's bedroom. The experience from the beginning was very positive. Ricky was my salesperson; he treated me & my family more like family than a customer. He allowed us to browse through the store. Ricky even went out of his way to offer us a drink (tea and sweets).
After going to almost a dozen other furniture stores, I loved the selection and quality at Purba Furniture. They sell quality furniture (not the cheap stuff you find in many other stores). We ended up falling in love with a genuine leather sectional sofa along with a coffee table. We also picked out a complete set for my son's bedroom (bed, side tables, dresser, and study desk). The discount he gave us was outstanding. The delivery was on time and everything from the beginning to the end was a very positive experience.
2 years later (summer of 2017), I needed new furntiure for my living room and formal dining room. We again met Ricky and he gave us a great deal.
In conclusion, if you're looking for quality furniture at an unbeatable price, you should definitely give Purba Furniture the opportunity. I'd come here again to buy furniture and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for furniture.response / report this review -

Worst worst worst I will give them zero. the owner is good but he had to listen to the sales people . and sales guy specially Rickey oh my god he is so smart he will be very friendly and polite until you pay some advance but after that he will make you cry , if you wish not to buy your money will be forfeited .he will not even listen to the customer

Bought all my furniture for my new house years ago and everything still looks brand new even with two big dogs in the house. They have the best selection and high end products for best price. If ur looking for great quality for very good deals I would highly recommend this spot. I plan on going back to get more updated furniture. It is a family Business so u get very good customer service.

One of the best experiences on boxing day I had at Purba Furniture. The staff was really friendly and even though the store was busy they really took time very patiently with every customer. Because of 50% off deal I could buy furniture for my bedroom as well although i went only to get sofa set. Really happy :)
