Security at front of building was super rude when I was asking about a simple procedure to book a time.. I clearly was asking a question and the old f**k was bitter and rude.. should probably have somebody less frail and sour working at the front door maybe someone who doesn't think they're above other to the pt they can't wait for them to finish speaking

Brantford casino has great food , and the atmosphere is ok too. Some good dealers ,but some TERRIBLE SUPERVISORS ,One in Particular named Meghan , she walks around like she has a pickle up her,

Like all casinos, this one takes your money . tight machines that empty your wallet painfully quickly. Having said that, there is a nice variety of machines available for play and they are well spaced. The covid19 protocols inspire confidence and are well enforced. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, an enjoyable diversion.

Booked a 12 noon session at Brantford last week, the Security folks at the front door were not too friendly and actually kind of rude, they tell you to wear a mask going in and then you have to take the mask off while they take a picture of your face, the staff working on the floor were nice and friendly and they were doing an excellent job keeping the place clean, the washroom was also clean, not too many machines to play, will not go back, it is going to be a pain in the winter time waiting in line to get in. Cannot want until the border re opens to play over there.

We like coming here for a day of fun, but the place should have a dress code! We like the table games and the dealers are pleasant. Whoever selects the play list in this place should be replaced. Horrible loud music! The restaurant is worth 2 stars. But we will be back with our earplugs

My husband and I went to play at Brentford. I had an hour, but I like table games and it's best to play all day with $ 100. But do not expect a jackpot. It seems to pop up once every 100 years.

Every 5 seconds you hear a ad on the radio to go to OLG slots. It's a joke! No one is happy in your casinos because you win pennies and your budget is gone in 10 minutes. Free spins are unbelievable. I won .90 cents and had 30 free spins. It's absolutely evil what you do to people. I'm done going to your casino. Just Evil in everyway!

The casino is a good place to get some $10 blackjack in. There is NOT NL holdem. They do have a lot of limit holdem games running.
