Great customer service. I had a request to change a size, the store didn't have it. However they were able to phone another location and put it on hold for me no problem. I picked it up today and all was smooth. Clean environment and good deals.

Mens section on par with many bigger brand stores. Prices are good. Mens options include basic casual wear, business casual, and seasonal items. All reasonably priced.

Went shopping here with my squad and the customer service was great! The makeup section was so clean and I was also assisted by a lovely lady with "beauty bae" on her name tag. (How cute!) Also, the boy with the brown curly hair in the fitting room was so helpful when the clothes weren't in the right size. He picked me up something that was totally my style! I'm not a huge fan of H&M but I definitely recommend this location.

Bought a sweater for my wife as a gift. When she opened it, we realized there was a hole in the sleeve.
I tried to return the item the next day with tags attached and receipt, they told me the item was on sale and final sale. I did not notice the hole as it was not for me and am now stuck with the sweater because they will not return or even issue a store credit. After fighting for it, they allowed me an exchange, "this one time."
H&M return policy does not state anything about sale items being final sale.

Be careful.

The selection was good a little messy but overall good, the store was busy and one cashier Lisa/Liza? She was swamped but managed to stay calm, helpful and pleasant in spite of it. :)
