SP Reno did the renovation in our house! We are very happy with the results. They did the ground floor and the bathroom on the 1st floor. Everything had to be done before we move in and they did it on time! They where very quick to answer and provide clear information when issues occurred.
They are not cheap, but it was worth the money considering the delivery was right on time.
Renovation where done before the pandemics, but they can a few times since to fix minor issues that were left to be done as the pandemic started.
Overall I would recommend SP Reno!

I really enjoyed working here. The company atmosphere is one were you're treated like family. Everyone is willing to jump in and help out if any team member is struggling. Great experience, great people!

Great end result, our kitchen is amazing. Quality of products are overall great. Considering renovations are a high stress time, the team was able to keep stress down, as they take care of a lot. However, you get what you pay for, and they expensive. Overall, we were satisfied with the result and experience.

Groupe SP (SP Reno Urbaine) gutted then modernized my 19th century downtown duplex over the course of a few months.

Initially, I called over a dozen reno companies for quotes, about half called me back for visits, and then only half actually showed up. Luckily, Groupe SP was one of the guys I called.

They took me seriously right away, we met a few days later, and a few days after that Eric sent me a quote that was so detailed, I could see that he was really interested in my project.

The rest of the workers (all permanent salaried employees) were equally professional and friendly. I liked that there was a clear hierarchy so I always knew who to talk to about any issues. I could check the clipboard daily to see what was done and what’s coming up. They delivered everything I could hope for in terms of efficiency, project planning and communication.

Lastly, they will not abandon you after the project is done! I can still call up Daniel or Eric months later for follow ups, questions, advice or even minor jobs. I highly recommend them without any hesitation.

We met with Groupe SP Reno Urbaine halfway through a project that wasn't going well. We had fired our previous contractor and were looking for true professionals to take over and deliver two full bathrooms and a kitchen.

From the evaluation, we knew right away that Groupe SP were professionals that had high quality standards and our best (and mutual) interest at heart. Groupe SP quickly put us in touch with an interior designer and started putting together a project team. We were given a very detailed estimate that left no room for interpretation.

The project planning was thorough and impeccable and, most importantly, everything was meticulously executed according to the plan. Nothing was left to chance and any surprise or issue was dealt with promptly. We were kept informed throughout the project and consulted regularly. Planned checkpoints were well documented, as were invoices and receipts. Constant supervision on Groupe SP's part kept everything running smoothly.

Our project was delivered on time and on budget. There was plenty of flexibility on the part of all parties involved to deal with changes and additions. We were always informed of the price of any change we requested or extra work that needed to be done.

Thanks to Groupe SP, we are able to have family and friends over at Christmas 2014 with our newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms -- and with our minds at ease. We will definitely call upon Groupe SP next year when we plan on painting, changing mouldings and doors, redoing hardwood floors, stairs and built-in cabinets.

Five stars all the way -- and an extra for the super-friendly service and genuine care.
