We met Bindu on a company event about 'buying your first house in Montreal', where she was invited due to a long fruitful cooperation with one of the colleagues.
We decided to move in our own place in April and contacted her. She met us with her team to cover all knowledge gaps in the buying process since we were new in Canada and it was our first purchase. She described in every detail the necessary steps and even recommended a notary who spoke our native language.
When we were visiting places, Bindu provided good options that matched our taste, and made market analyses for options that we found interesting. For each house she mentioned all potential problems in documents, house itself and possible cost of repairing/re-doing this problems. Despite being a very professional and serious agent, Bindu is also a very easy going and merry person. It was a real pleasure and fun working with her.

At first, Bindu worked with me to rent my place for many years. She was always available to show the place, make sure nothing was missing and also helped with the suppliers to repair or replace furniture. Then, we worked together to sell the condo. She was really knowledgeable about the market, the value, the potential and make sure the transaction was maximized. Thanks for everything!

My husband and I worked with Bindu to sell our home in Villeray. It took less than three weeks to go from reaching out to meet Bindu, to having an offer in hand we were excited to accept, and we could not have been happier with our experience. Bindu is incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. She works fast and smart and was able to prepare and stage our home, list, and hold a strategic week of viewings in order to optimize value for our sale, while taking into account that speed was important to us. We especially appreciated her personal touches and the consideration she put into preparing our home for showings, as well as her regular communication with us throughout the process. If you are looking for an agent that knows the market well and will work hard for you, we would absolutely recommend Bindu. We look forward to working with her again.

This is the second time we worked with Bindu. She was able to find our dream home again and sold our condo in within a month. We wouldn't able to do all this transactions without her. Bindu's knowledge and experience was guiding us through our selling and buying process. She is fantastic to work.

Bindu has now helped me through a successful sale in 2018 and more recently my gf and I used her services for a purchase. She helped navigate a very complex situation as the vendor didn't have key documents and in many ways was not prepared for the transaction. From search to close Bindu worked on this purchased with us for 8 months. She was responsive and throughout every step of the way. The house was worth the wait and without her help we wouldn't have been able to make it happen. Lastly her referrals were excellent from inspectors to our notary.
