  Our Heating and A/C contractor recommended we use Ont Duct Cleaning and we were not disappointed. The guys doing the work arrived on time. They took the time to explain in detail what they were going to do and were very thorough.
  Its a good to know there is a reliable duct cleaning company in the GTA that i can call on when needed.

  I had an issue with my dryer vent and after doing some searching chose Ontario Duct Cleaning they had great reviews. The gentleman that came was extremely knowledgeable and helped me determine that issue needs to be rectified by the builder (as I original suspected).
  
  I would highly recommend Ontario Duct Cleaning!

  Admin staff was great at setting the appointment, taking note of special requests (blankets to cover the hose etc.), extremely responsive on emails.
  Mike, the technician, was great. Did the job thoroughly. Answered all questions very patiently and also gave tips of his own. Will definitely recommend them.

  I had duct cleaning done and was happy with the person conducting the work. He was very professional and was very neat and tidy. I felt like I received good value for the price I paid and they are pretty reasonable on price. I would have given them 5 stars but I was frustrated that after calling in twice to confirm my appointment I was told to expect an email confirming my time slot. The email never came and when the expected day of the work came around I still did not know if they were coming or not. Plus when I was told a time slot of 10 to 12 I thought the person would be here at 10 and instead they arrived just before 12. My bad I guess?! I even tried calling the office and because it was a Saturday and they are closed, no one answered. I would have expected an after-hours number or some way to contact someone.

  The staff are amazing and helpful, im very pleased with their customer service and advice. I used them to clean my rental units ducts. During the booking all my questions were answered right away and i felt good knowing they will provide a good service. This is a company i will be happy to recommend to anyone from the area.
