  Samantha did an excellent job taking care of Mayo and Mango! She is professional, responsive and reliable. If I could give her beyond Five Stars I would. We were away on holiday for 2 weeks and had to leave our buggies with Samantha. She kept us informed and sent us photos and videos daily. She also did an amazing job clipping their nails. Thank You Samantha for keeping our buggies happy and safe. Would recommend this to anyone who is looking for bird sitting and will definitely come back!

  We traveled for a week. I was very anxious and nervous having to be separated from my cockatoo for the first time ever. I was worried the whole duration of my trip but she makes you feel comfortable and at ease with readily available texting and daily pictures/videos, she even was able to let me do a video call with him which helped immensely with my anxiety. I 100% recommend her services for bird sitting. She was very flexible with her drop off/pick up time, which i also really appreciate. Would use again when needed 🐥🐦🦜

  Samantha took amazing care of my conure, Jack. It was his first time at a sitter and it went above and beyond my expectations. While your birdies are there you will receive photos, videos, and daily updates to put you at ease should you (like me) feel anxious about leaving your bird.
  
  She is attentive and knowledgeable, and was so incredibly sweet to work with! Your birds will get outdoor time, meet other birdies, and be cared for.
  
  I feel very comfortable leaving Jack there again next time I'm in need of a sitter. 😊

  Samantha did a great job taking care of my Budgie. It was important for me to leave my baby boy in the care of someone who is knowledgeable and experienced at dealing with birds since our feathered companions have unique needs. Samantha checked off all the boxes by ensuring that my little guy was well cared for and received plenty of attention while also ensuring he had the space he needed to acclimate to his new environment. On my budgie's first day, Samantha monitored him closely to ensure he was eating and drinking well as he was settling into his new environment. Samantha also provided me with several updates via messages, video clips and pictures which I greatly appreciated because it helped ease my anxiety of being away from him. I'll definitely be using the services of Bird Sitting Toronto again!

  Samantha is an amazing bird sitter, it was nice to know that my birds were taken such great care of while on vacation. Samantha also does a great job on sending daily updates through multiple videos and pictures everyday and descriptions of how my birds day went through email. I will definitely book here again in the future and would recommend this place to any other bird owners.
