  I purchased a used 2016 VW here yesterday. The salesman, Martin C. was friendly, with a calm demeanor, that no way pressured or rushed me during the course of my visit. He answered all my questions honestly, and then proceeded with a short, pleasant, negotiation, without trying to nickel and dime me.
  
  The car was given to me with a fresh oil change, new air filters, and a shiny wax job. They even put in new batteries in the key fobs. I feel like a bought a new car. If you buy a car here, know that they will do their best to give you a trouble free vehicle By the way, I am an auto mechanic, with 40 years experience, currently operating a repair shop.

  Very bad experience, literally the worst service ever, seems that there is not technical experience, denying there mistakes, not well organized, unfortunately my car is not the same, they change timing belt, causing other issues in the car. Save your money. Doesn’t worth to try.
