I always enjoy a visit here! I have had a few different treatments i recommend the glacier clay body wrap
Tapas are a must as well as a dip in the mineral pool

Went for the dip and dine experience. Excellent! Hands down the best tapas I've had on the island! Spa was fabulous..and the customer service was outstanding! Highly recommend visiting. Well worth the cost.

An Okay Spa Only - service is great and Tapas courses are fantastic. However, actual spa facility is lacking. All that is here is a plunge pool and hot tub. No steam room, sauna, or other elements of a great spa facility are available.

Could have told us about the soecisl and the men's room was nof ckeaned or staffed well. Pretty bysy in the minersl pool with a group of noisy woman. Really not worth the price.

I was not very impressed by this spa. The changerooms were not very clean and the staff were not at all polite or relaxing to be around.

I received a pedicure which was the most expensive one I have ever had and by far the worst in quality.

Truthfully, I am very confused by the "# 1 Spa in Canada" claim on their website.

The facility is extremely well tended. The staff are professional. I had an RMT massage by Travis. It was one of the best I've had in a long while. The waters are beautiful and really need to be experienced in person.

Visted for our BabyMoon. So happy we did. Mineral pool was nice and my prenatal massage with Amanda was great! From start to finish everything was lovely.

Very capable staff, all of the services are great if a little on the pricey side. Endless tapas is an experience worth having at least once (food is amazing) and the grotto is great for relaxing between treatments. Nice warm atmosphere.

So Relaxing! Worth every penny, Love the water falls on the back & shoulders. Hot tub is nice not to hot or cold. Would do this again in a heartbeat!!!

I'm a stickler for detail and I absolutely loved my visit here. Everything was pleasing to the senses: the interior design, layout of the facilities, presentation and personality of the staff, the products they use on your skin, the services. I paid for the best and got the best. I'm happy they were able to provide my partner and I with a well deserved day of self care and successfully made our birthdays amazing. Thank you Grotto Spa!
