Do you know that south park episodes, where the cable guys exert their arrogance, rubbing their nipples in everyone's faces the EXACT representation of greyhound Canada. Their online banking page only lets me type 13 out of 16 digits; negating me from being able to purchase online tickets. Only one of their customer service lines goes through (usually to packaging which makes you wait an additional 15 minutes of hold time to get through to the person you originally intended too.) The other two customer services numbers are an old one, which requests you pay (approx.) 3.50$ for the new one. And something about taking a survey about vacations, without any other options

This will be your stop for a decent hot meal or some cigarettes. Tim Hortons, A&W and a few other places are just steps away. The gas station is right around the corner to get your tobacco.

If you are taking a night bus from Vancouver, this is the last stop for open business. Merritt has a good stop but it will be closed when you get there.

All toilets but one either unflushed or broken. The clerk ticketed my suitcase incorrectly, though fortunately her colleague fixed it when I came back to ask. Not possible to get the status of your bus's arrival. Poor instructions for those new to traveling by bus. (Drivers were generally great, however.)
