  I regret hirring this excuse of a tradesman

  hiring justin was the biggest mistake we ever made, we were assured he knew what he was doing, clearly it not true, his foundation he put in was out 2 inches in 10 feet , air bubbles throughout the foundation, his workers left wood in the foundation which he had to remove after and fill in the giant holes , he did not look at the drawings , and had the anchor bolts all over the place and not enough, insisted on not putting the floor in , so the framer had nothing to go on as drawings clearly showed floor was to be put in before framing should start, front of forms did not line up to other side , broke our sewer pipe , so we had to get it replaced , hit our house numerous times making me go outside to see what the issue was and I could see he was very upset , I even told him to not dig the way he was digging as he could not see the sewer pipe , i was ignored .
  The foundation was not at the proper height , after we had the surveyors out 5 times , making the framers , forced to use bricks to make up the difference , the main beam posts supports crumbled away when he removed the supports , he did not install hurricane straps as per the drawing .
  Do your self a favor find another concrete company don't waste your money , he caused or project to blow well past our budget due to his sub standard work I regret hiring this company

  I would rate 0 if I can. Justin and his crews have no idea what they are doing. He does not look at the drawings and did not follow any plan. The mistakes he and his crew mates made cost us twice the money we put in to fix it. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED for any one!

  Amazing job done. Justin And his crew are so skilled that I was so impressed. I will definitely recommend Schols Placing & Finishing. 🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒
