Horrible experience! We called for a quote and they did not reply. We then messaged them on Facebook and finally, they booked a visit. They came through and looked at the job we were needing done. We were promised a quote by no later than the following week. 2.5 weeks went by and we did not receive a message. We messaged them again on Facebook and eventually got a message about their internet being down for a week. A day later they sent another message via Facebook stating they had already booked a massive job and that they were going to be unable to do the work we were inquiring about. Very poor customer service!

Here is a company that over delivered and exceeded my expectations.
We had very tired and neglected fascia board that was peeling and looked awful.
Not to mention three of the boards were severely rotted.
Not a problem for this crew, they scraped and scraped, filled in and caulked.
Then sent a very skilled carpenter to replace the rotten fascia!
Two coats and my house looks great!
Special Thanks to Chad, Ian, and Jim! couldn't be happier!
P.S also repaired rotten siding, and built new stairs to the deck!

I've used Master Painting twice. Once for interior and most recently exterior. Dave is very helpful and knowledgable. Both times the estimates I've been given have been what I paid, no surprises. The rest of the staff and painters have been wonderful. I felt I could have them at my house with no worries. The work done has been exceptional! They touch up everything at the end and clean up. No paint splatter all over the floors or windows, no mess left behind. They use good quality products. I have been very satisfied and would use them again in the future.

Dave was professional and completed the quote without delay. Dave also explained my questions thoroughly and patiently. Jonathan was available
for help and always willing to go the extra mile to help us out. Leonard the painter was exceptional and was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout our entire renovation. Shane the painter was friendly and helpful as well. We had plumbing and attic work done as well as are stairwell banister redone, our stairs carpeted and had our entire interior of our house painted. Shanna the Interior Decorator was very creative and did our consultation for the interior decorating and spent extra time with me to ensure I was satisfied with paint the chosen colours and also the carpet for the stairs. Thank you Shanna our house looks beautiful! Russ did a great job refinishing our stairwell banister and gave me lots of suggestions and help. The carpet installer did a great job as well. The attic was done with a clean technique and is now properly insulated and has much better ventilation.

We had this company paint the interior of our home. We were extremely impressed with the owner and his staff; they are all professional. A group of 4 painters spent 4 days preparing our home for painting and painting it. They arrived on time each day, worked filegentky and each night left our home tidy. They did exactly what they promised to do, in the time frame they said they would and the results were first quality. We would recommend them to all.
