I have to say I am quite shocked by the negative reviews here.I had been looking for a Chev Avalanche for several months to no avail. Because, unfortunately, Chev stopped making them in 2013, they have become a bit of a unicorn and are often sold before I even have a chance to call about them. Last week, one popped up on Kijiji in the colour I wanted, with extremely low km's, and for a fair price. I called the dealership and was fortunate to begin dealing with Lynden. A few phone calls, and several texts later, I am now driving my "new" Avalanche and couldn't be happier. Lynden offered me a fair price for our trade-in (which was also a bit of a unicorn), was honest about the condition of the vehicle I was buying, and I was in & out of the dealership in under an hour. This is the second vehicle we have purchased in Vegreville. Although we live in Fort McMurray, I think I will just skip everything else and make the drive when I need a new vehicle!!!!

This dealership took advantage of a young first time buyer and sold him a bare basic 16 xl cruze for 31430 at 84 months at 6.78%. You guys are high pressure crooks who didnt even ask what they wanted . You showed him the 16s said choose the standard or automatic and pushed him out the door with an over priced vehicle they didnt even want. They walked in and walked out same day no options no concern as to what they wanted just dumped a 16 on them to make rm for new vehicles. Salesmen like you should be held responsible for your actions and their should be rules about high pressure sales tactics. 1 star is generous

CROOKS
I had been taking my sierra and minivan here for over a year. Here are my two bad experiences.
I took my girlfriend's van here for an oil change and they told me I need a new cooling system, new head gasket and that I had about 12 leaks that would cost $2200 in parts and a total of $3400 with labor. Turns out that when I took it to several other places for second opinions that there is absolutly nothing wrong other than a small sweat on the steering pinion. A second experience that I had with these people on the very same van was I took this van in for oil change after noticing that my gas consumption had nearly trippled and I asked them to check the fuel air filter. They said it was fine but another place in the opposit end of town had discovered that it was completely plugged solid with "bugs." Nice job missing that one. It was just inconvenient to have to take it two places to figure out what the problem was, Especially since I had asked them to check the filter in the first place. And just to have to take the van around and have other people look at it because they told me $3400 was just BS.
I have been warned several times that these people just want your money, now you have been too. Descretion advised. They are friendly and I have never been mistreated but I wouldn't trust them with a tricycle.
