Today i Ordered my usual to take away.left my usual big tip..BUT THEN.got TOAST instead of bread, that was soggy when i got home.cause it steamed the crunch right out of it.asked for mayo, got none.
Then i bought a stranger his lunchleft a BIG tip from him as well.
I do hope the stranger Darrel enjoyed his lunch.because
Unfortunately i won't be back there.
ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE GOING HOME!!!
It was an ENGLISH speaking young man who took my orderface to face. I had to repeat it twice as well.yup still got it wrong.
But to be fair.Dots Cafe's food is excellent.staff can hurt your business if they don't listen.as this is just 1 example.response / report this review -

I love this place!!! The food is always amazing!! Their clubhouse is full of meat!!! Fries and gravy amazing. Salads are fantastic. It's very old school and I love that. Little diner feel!

Great little hole in the wall place in Langley. Homemade hollandaise sauce, great service. The only negative thing I have to say is the menu pricing is a little weird. Paying almost $3.00 for a side of toast is a bit ridiculous!

Great crispy hash browns, fresh big bowl of fruit salad! Food is homemade and not frozen I really enjoy coming here for breakfast/lunch. Great service and fun to talk too :) very satisfied with this very comfortable homey feel type restaurant

Quiet and friendly breakfast spot for our Saturday mornings. Decent quality stuff with affordable pricing. Our favourites are fluffy pancakes and crispy hash browns.

Freshly made food, honest quality and good quantity. A relax atmosphere! Suitable for family eat out on Saturdays, love the egg Benedict with smoked salmon!
