Yummy drinks! The owner was very helpful, patient, and kind. Great spot! Will be back!

The owner or the guy there who seems to be in charge is super rude! He treated us super bad just because we used the washroom to wash our hands after we went biking, note we've HAD espressos from here in the morning before going, he wanted to make sure only customers use his washroom and we are here ALMOST ALL SUMMER; he rudely kept giving us those weird looks and finally asked us did you purchase something and what was it? DISRESPECTFUL, Super UNprofessional and made me NEVER want to come back again. It was the first time I've seen this guy here, HE's the ULTIMATE RECIPE TO LOSE CUSTOMERS! Their espresso is just okay. Staff is hit n miss. The BEAN Stop service and coffee are wayyyy better

Good Earth is NOT good at all. At least not this location. STAY AWAY!!! Unhygienic, rude and dishonest staff.
We ordered THREE drinks: one kid sized, one medium and one large. We got TWO medium drinks. When I went back and asked for my kid sized drink, they fished the receipt out of the garbage with their bare hands and agreed that they missed a drink. They then proceeded to make a drink for me with their bare hands without washing them. Really GROSS!
Then I asked them why I had two medium drinks, and asked if I had paid for one medium and one large (as we had ordered). They looked up the receipt and said I paid for two mediums. I then asked for a copy of the receipt. Only THEN did they admit that I paid for a large and made me a second drink. By this time I was really annoyed and asked for my money back. They refused. DISHONEST.
On top of that the staff were very rude. They ran out of straws and when a customer inquired about them the response was, "We ran out of straws. My manager went to get some, but we don't have any. What more do you want us to do?" RUDE.
I told them I was disappointed with their work and felt that they were being very dishonest in giving my two drinks instead of three and downsizing one of the two drinks they gave me. They shrugged and made no apology, saying "they forgot". I think one mistake is believable, but TWO? And he had a chance to admit his mistake but lied. They didn't own up to it until I asked for my receipt.

Everything was yummy up until we fancied something sweet. I had a cookie and my mother had the pumpkin muffin. Half way through my cookie I found a hair!! Went up to show the staff and he kind of shook it off, we were sitting outside and said it must be from out there!? Wasn't offered a refund nor apology. On the counter by the til there were some cakes with flies flying around inside the glass top container!!!!! If you zoom in the picture you can definitely see some flies on the orange slice and in the container!! Put my mom off her muffin and we couldn't even finish our drinks. Feel very sick after leaving.

Scones are very good and African Rooibos hit the spot on a cold day. Service was very friendly and informative.

Overall a pretty normal good earth in a great location. The bathrooms however are super awkward So that's the reason for the 2 stars

I want to be Happy and give this place 5 stars. But I called asking what soup they have today and they Said Tomato Pesto, which I really really like from here. But I walked all the way there to get it, all the way back just to find out it was the wrong soup. Pretty Frustrating.

Aspen Landing Good Earth isn't up to the same standard as I've experienced at Glenmore Landing. Food doesn't look freshly made. Service is okay but not friendly. Ambience is missing something. It has missed the mark but this could easily be improved.
