  Best car buying experience I have had. I went to Glassford because their sales person Dave McLaren is the only car salesman that calls me and follows up. Keep up the good work! Great people.

  Great service by the sales and financing team at Glassford. Dave McLaren was a knowledgable and straightforward professional. He worked with me for over 6 months to find and purchase the vehicle I was searching for. We are incredibly happy with our purchase for our growing family.
  
  Issues with their repair shop. Bought a used Town and Country with some paint issues on the hood that couldn't be fixed until it was in my possession due to warranty issues. They said they would start the claim the day I bought it and when I called a month later, the hood was on order and was to be received the next week. That was over a month ago and I haven't heard from them since.
  
  Great sales team, poor service team.

  We were in the market for a new car and checked out several other dealerships. Chance Navage was an extremely knowledgeable and personable salesman. He was more than helpful during the process of choosing the vehicle and even after the purchase. This is the first time that shopping for a new vehicle has been a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Chance at Glassford if you are looking for a vehicle.

  Just traded my first Jeep, which I bought at Glassford three years ago, for a 2017 Jeep Cherokee. They did a great job at working with me to find a payment that I was comfortable with. I had a great experience both times and will continue to work with Glassford in the future.

  Just bought my first car from Fresh Auto at Glassford Chrysler this week and had an awesome experience. I did my research, and they had unbeatable prices. Bailey was so helpful throughout the experience and exceed my expectations. All the staff at Glassford Chrysler were super friendly, and addressed any concerns we had. We are most differently purchasing our next vehicle from them and I would highly recommend Glassford Chrysler to anyone.
