I had panes replaced on two occasions recently. Everybody I dealt with were very courteous. There was an issue with one of the panes in the first installation. Their follow up and cooperation were excellent on making sure it was addressed. LeeAnne in the office who coordinates appointments and passes along information to the technicians regarding any concerns is very efficient and extremely personable. She is a pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending Glass Doctor.

Installed windshield half year ago. Staff is polite and very helpful. Job get done fast and perfect.
Recently the vehicle have water leaking on passenger side after rainy day. Dealer charge me $200 and couldn't find out why, they blame the windshield installer might pinched drain hose. Brought car back to Glass Doc. They take front panel off and checked in front of me, confirmed it has nothing to do with them. (Jason explained very patiently and easy to understand). Meanwhile they found out water is not drained properly somewhere under hood.
Drove to dealer to fix it, turns out the rotting leaves sunk under hood blocked, the rain water could not drain properly.(clean the leaves drop on ur car regularly) fix it and drove back to Glass Doc, they put everything back together. Didn't say anything make me feel uncomfortable which I should be and didn't charge me a penny.

I am happy to recommend Glass Doctor Saskatoon for window repair. I recently took my vehicle in to have a chip replaced. I had time for a quick coffee before the chip was fixed and my vehicle was returned to me. My vehicle was clean, the windows were clean and the service was so prompt. Because I had glass coverage through my insurance, Glass Doctor took care of filing all the paperwork for payment, I didn't have to pay a dime! Thank you Glass Doctor for your wonderful service.
