  Ordered blinds from them. Giles is knowledgeable about the blinds. He provided quick response. Installer is nice and friendly. However, there was defect on the product and Giles refused to apologize and gave me an impression that it was the customer fault. Poor customer service. Problem was fixed.

  Giles is professional and very good at what he does. We have very large windows that needed automated blinds. After researching different companies, he was the only business I felt confident could handle the project. I was right! He offered recommendations that no one else did. It addressed all our concerns. Very happy with the end results! Would not hesitate to recommend GiCor to anyone.

  Giles gave amazing care and due diligence in making sure my parents' home was serviced correctly and with the up-to-date customized technology. We had some to troubleshoot an issue with delays on automated lighting and Giles responded and fixed the problem within a day, on a weekend. I'd highly recommend Giles if you need quality home products with amazing customer service since their team truly cares about providing the absolute best.
