  Poor customer service. Ordered on Skip the Dishes, they had items on the menu to choose that they only available in summer. They charged my card, and gave me credit only. I receive no compensation, no call or email. I checked my skip the dishes account and my order history just said cancelled. They did not contact me about there mistake I had to call the location, to have an unfriendly staff member who was unapologetic and made it sound like it was my fault that I ordered the Watermelon Slush that was listed. I would order else where. This whole process took 3 hours.

  Good bubble tea. I have had better in Winnipeg, but it was good. The building has gone through some recent renovations and it looks amazing! Friendly staff!

  Actually they do not deserve even one star!!
  
  The people working here are inconsiderate and extremely slow. I was trying to redeem my free drink and this girl who can barely speak english refuaed to honor my free drink as apparently my card was not stamped! And i was told apparently they use stamps instead. So i spent more than 50 dollars on this stupid place thinking i would get my free drink and suddenly they decided to change the rules so a customer like me who had the old points card isnt aware that the old system wont be honored?! Very unprofessional! And it felt like i was ripped off! Would never go back to this place again and i will complain to the better business bureau maybe they wpuld think of providing a good customer service! Hated this place! And i definitely dont recommend for people to go here! Waste of time and money!!!

  Was not impressed. Went to get a bubble tea and they were OUT OF BUBBLES! Kind of pointless. It's like going to a pizza place, and them saying they're out of dough. So I went to Panda Tea, just a little further down Pembina, which is actually open till 11:30pm!

  Best bubble tea in winnipeg. Nice decor and you won't find a place with better hours.
