  Games are overpriced and poor selection. Movies they have a decent selection and can find some deals but also some are way overpriced. Used for the price of new at other stores.

  Massive selection of movies and games. Fairly priced. If you want to sell your movies and games, this is the place to go. Prices that they pay could be a little more for movies but for the games it is much better than Game Stop.

  Roy's a nice guy, they have a good selection, wasn't the nicest when first starting off in his basement, but has warmed up to the crowd and community. His trade in prices are a bit low, but that's to be expected in windsor i suppose. Nice clean place with a good selection of games. I had one repair done on my playstation 3, years ago, lasted maybe a week before breaking again, but that is more of the consoles problem than the repair job (launch ps3)

  This specific location can be a a mixed bag. I've popped in once every few months since the store opened in 2007. The owner along with several employees can be very uptight, rude and downright condescending at times. Asking to see the condition of discs or boxes before I choose to buy seems to put them in self defense mode. I understand that everyone can have rough days, but owning or working at a video game store is a pretty good gig as far as jobs go. Try to cheer up eh? You work in the customer service industry and people aren't going to be as enticed to buy things when they have to interact with unpleasant people. There have been many times where I've decided not to buy something simply because I didn't want to interact with the employees. As for the store, the stock is decent most of the time and the prices are extremely fair. You'll find some good gems on occasion. The place could use some dusting and cleaning as well.
  
  Overall, it's alright and the prices are great, but it's an uncomfortable environment at times. Unfortunate. Lots of room for improvement.

  It's a great place to buy movies and games, but if you're thinking about selling anything to them, you'll get next to nothing in the way of cash or store credit. We won't swap anything for store credit here ever again.

  The customer service is horrible, they are very lazy and have no manners, only good thing about this place is the dvds and blu rays are cheap. The owner is extremly rude and i dont recommend this place. Stay away

  Very overpriced for games that have "Mario" or "Zelda" in the name, store credit is king of crap. But if you wants movies, it's a pretty good place to go. That's why I gave it three stars
