  Waiting Time (4 Stars): We had an appointment at a specific time but waited an additional 10 minutes for the lady to finish her previous client.
  
  The Process (3 Stars): During my appointment a customer walked through the door wanting to know if she could get an appointment. While still filing my nails with the machine she looked up at her and spoke for about 3 minutes. She rubbed the skin under the cuticle with the device which really hurt. Other than that it was quick! I did notice after the fact that one of them was crooked.
  
  Length of Time (5 Stars): These suckers stayed on almost 7 weeks! There was so much regrowth that I started playing with the semi loose ones. They probably would have made it 8 weeks if I didn't play with them.
  
  If it wasn't for her hurting me, I would have gladly given 5 stars!

  Seems the experience you have here wavers greatly upon who you get doing your nails.. some technicians are very good others appear to be new to the profession and sometimes make mistakes. It's a roll of the dice 🎲

  I have to admit I am somewhat surprised that this place has such a low rating. I've been going here to get manis and pedis since they opened. Ive never had any issues. Im pretty sure that every single shellac manicure they have done lasted more than 5 weeks and usually grew out with my nails. I've had like 6 pedicures done there and never any issues. The place is always pretty much packed, so I am definitely happy with them.

  1st time there. read reveiws before i went they were not good so i figured i would check it out myself because its close to home. I only got a pedicure and it was good they definately did what i wanted done and i did not have a bad experience. price was normal. cost $30.51 for only the pedicure/non shellac polish. Id recommend going there there was plenty of customers and they seemed like regulars just by over hearing a few conversations.

  The nail job wasn't what was promised to my mother My mother had a magazine and was looking for a simplistic design, not anything elaborate and they said they could replicate the painted nails that she had seen and thought she would like, granted she never had her nails painted by another person in a spa type of atmosphere, it sounds like they should be professional about the whole process, but she did recieve a gift certificate for this place, therefore went. That is the only real reason she would ever go into a place to have her nails painted. She showed me both the magazine picture and final product wow it was like the woman was blind and/or oblivious to the picture my mother even said she looked at the photo and said yes, we can do this but failed to look at the book again until the end then she compared the magazine to my mothers finished nails and said 'see .. . you like', my mother not wanting to be rude said "it will do' .. . I was told to put that the service was horrible, no customers but a long wait I was told to put this review up to warn others.
