  Always very helpful and knowledgeable, love coming here rather than the big chains! They even donated a fishing rod a couple years ago to my work to inspire a young kid to get into fishing. Love this place

  I wasn't going to post this, but I thought screw it I'm going to. I had "won" a sturgeon fishing guided trip prize at the Kelowna fishing derby last year from fred's custom tackle. My wife and I tried emailing to schedule the trip many many times and I even called on three occasions and spoke to their tours organizer (Harry i believe it was) and was answered with nothing other than abrupt rudeness and seemingly disbelief with a false promise to call back. Nothing ever came of it, and not for lack of trying on my behalf. Only reason I'm leaving 2 star rating is because the trip would have been at no cost.? Just thought if they're going to put on this prize they deserve a poor rating for misleading their client base. I guess I expected more from this business. A little bitter yes, but who wouldn't be. I now just take my business elsewhere.

  Wont shop there now as 2 time poacher Brody works in the storeTo me if the owner employees him he does not care about the fishery! I will take my money else where.
