Good dealership. Knowledgeable sales staff and a big inventory. Involved in the motorcycle and broader community at large and worth supporting.

Great place to shop for new or used bikes. I love the Barnes rewards when you spend money in the shop.

The parts guys are awesome. So helpful and don't try to rush you out of there. Took their time to help me find a Solution.

Bought a preowned 2006 Harley Davidson Heritage Softail Classic at Barnes. The whole process was painless and went smoothly. The salesman Dave, the finance guy Mike and the GM Michael were great and made me and my girlfriend feel at home. They were professional and polite thanks guy's. I would recommend anyone to buy their next bike there!

Staff are all helpful and friendly and full of knowledge. Lots of products to shop for and they offer free refreshments so if you just want to hang out talk shop, they're good with that. Haven't had to deal with warranty work so I cannot comment on if they stand by their products but based on their loyal customer base I'd guess that they stand behind their products

Had my first service done there on my 2017 SGS. Didn't need oil change as I had already done it with Amsoil. Mechanic told me Amsoil would cause bearing skate and lead to engine failure. Seriously. Time to get your mechanics out of the 80's rumor mill..

These are my boys. Great Service area (was very dissapointed with Trev's service BUT AT LEASE TREV DETAILS YOUR BIKE WHEN YOU HAVE SERVICE DONE, Barnes doesn't even wipe your bike down. BARNES has better service (I think) and do a full follow-up to make sure you're happy with them (TREV TAKE NOTE)

this dealership deserves zero stars. Brought my bike in for a full service, new front tire, new battery and a new horn. when i had received my bike back i had realized the horn had only been hand tightened and the wire for the horn had not been thread through a certain bracket so it was just hanging there. It had been resting against the cylinder head the whole way home resulting in a melted wire. My air filter cover was put on upside down not a major problem just embarrassing workmanship. As i started to wonder what other things they could have missed i inspected my bike closer to find that they had not put my battery strap (holds the maxi fuse and the battery onto my bike) back on, instead they had used two zap straps. they didn't even use a bigger one just two small ones linked together nor did they mention this to me. i suppose they hoped i wouldn't notice. this is a serious problem that could have resulted in an accident. Terrible service for $120 hr shop labour. Now i understand mistakes happen but i expect that when i call the service manager to inform him of the problems that i would become a priority. He aologized and told me to bring my bike back but the last thing i want is one of their mechanics touching my bike. all i wanted was my battery strap and he had ordered me one but it would take a while as its not a part that is stocked. Four months went by and no phone call so i emailed him asking where is was turns out they had it, no call probably forgot. i went to go pick it up from parts dpt. and they tried to charge me for it. When i had asked when the part came in they would not tell me. i then had to go to the service dpt. where i was treated rudely and basically brushed aside. no apology for the wait or the poor service. atleast they paid for the part which was like $35. This is not the only problem I've had there. whenever i order parts i wait and no one calls to inform me that they're in i always have to call and ask. When i first bought my bike which i purchased there i went to buy a jacket and the apparel staff couldn't be bothered with me. i was 20 at the time and i think they doubted that i was going to buy a $700 jacket. i will never be shopping here again.

In July bought a 2008 electra glide ultra classic. The sales personnel was very helpful in working with me to purchase this bike. As there website says that they are able to move bikes from one dealership to other. Was able to get them to move my bike from Langley to Kamloops with no problem and in a timely fashion. Thanks Barnes Harley-Davidson enjoying the bike.

Had a really good experience Jim the sales men was really helpful. Only thing I would recommend is have plenty of time free when buying a bike ,went in on a Saturday and the place was really busy not the dealerships fault they just wanted to make sure my bike was all good to go before letting take off with it. Iam really happy with my new bike looking forward with dealing with Barnes , the parts department was also very good super happy with the service around.
