Such a lovely space, top notch menu, attentive service and beautiful people. Its a great place for a meeting, schmooze or post spa wind down. Pastrami Cream Cheese? Yes, on the charcuterie board.yum.

I stayed at the Four Seasons last weekend. I was very impressed with the whole experience. The team was professional and helped make my short stay a memorable one. The suite and amenities of the hotel I saw were nothing short of stunning. I did notice a few minor things in the suite that I would like to bring to managements attention; nothing major just small items that can easily be corrected. I look forward to future stays with the Four Seasons.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and the last time I stayed there they were sold out of the room selection and instead they graciously offered the Belair Suite, what was supposed to be a few days and turned into a week. Great service! I had a bout of food poisoning which can happen anywhere and I did not leave despite that. I haven't tried out any amenities but I plan to. I'm also going to a host a business seminar later in the fall for my Retail Fashion Academy because their event space is also impeccable. Also Paul was amazing each visit so ask for him. The staff is very nice there!

Beautiful hotel lobby. Rooms are nice but you will get better value elsewhere. Paid for a one bedroom suite $1390 which looked quite normal and smaller than another hotel I stayed at which costed $1000 per night and was bigger as well.

I have stayed at some of the nicest hotels around the world and this BY FAR the best. I do not make superlative claims like this often, but the service is la creme de la creme. Every minute request was honored for me free of charge and if there is a Four Seasons in any city I am staying I will be there.

Extra kudos for the incredible hotel restaurant which was only a choice of mine because of the location, but it has some of the best cuisine in the city. You MUST try the pork belly and chicken liver frise.

Thank you Four Seasons for an UNFORGETTABLE trip.

What a wonderful experience with surprising welcome. We loved our stay with kids they enjoyed every moment. Wonderful staff especially Megan who took extra attention and she made the stay extra special. Everything from the pool to dining was extraordinary. We will definitely be back.

Last weekend we had the pleasure of attending a wedding at the Four Seasons. Everything was absolutely amazing, but the experience that stood out the most was with the security department. A relative had brought my husband and I a gift from Europe and we had accidentally left it under the table. Explaining to the security department how sentimental it was to us, they reviewed footage, and worked continuously to get our property back. Both Brian Campbell and Chris Sokoloski deserve recognition for their outstanding work and dedication to customer service.

This hotel was very nice and clean. The decor throughout the hotel as well as the rooms is very modern and elegant. The staff were great-I did find any request made to room service took a bit of a long time and sometimes they would arrive later than the time they gave you to have your food delivered by. The food, however was pretty good although on the two occasions we ordered breakfast,by the time it got to us things were a little bit cold. They do have an iPad in the room that you can use for all of your requests (room service, concierge, housekeeping, dining reservations, etc.) which is nice and convenient. Overall we had a nice stay and would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Four Seasons Toronto from 8/25 to 9/1, and the experiences were terrible, some concerns here to share:

    1. We LOST cash in the hotel room. 1,400 out of 3,000 USD cash we brought was gone when we were to use it at the second to last day, no updates so far regarding the investigation.

    2. They DO NOT change the smaller square pillow on the bed, which guests are not using, if you throw it on the sofa or floor, it will be put back on your new bed sheets.

    3. Unprofessional staffs/managers, unresponsive, poor communications. We expressed our disappointments in person, they turned out gave us a extended 4pm check-out which we clearly indicated we do not need. During later on email communications, I have not heard back from them for 1 week, had to follow up and still no reply.

    4. Four Seasons Hotels had been with a upscale, great customer experience brand to us until this stay at Toronto, definitely will not settle for the poor experiences compare to the higher-end price points!

A wonderful location for dinner and drinks. Steps away from some of the best doing in Canada. The staff was courteous and attentive. The food was sublime. Definitely will come again.

Never stayed in the hotel as a guest but I went to the spa. I had a massage and use of the amenities (steam room and pool) very nice atmosphere quiet and relaxing. And the staff is extremely professional and helpful. The RMT was excellent. A bit on the pricey side but I would recommend as a treat or a gift to someone you really love 😊. No hesitation!

The environment is very clean and nice. We tried the spa services there, it is very good. They have a swimming pool and steam room. The shower room is very nice. The aromatherapy massage is good. I have Melanie, and she is very professional. It's very relaxing for the entire time.

Great room, great hotel, great location. Service could be a little bit better. I found the staff at other five star hotels to be more attentive and dedicated. The staff at the Four Seasons were good but some didn't seem to try very hard to please and were somewhat unorganized. Surprising at such a beautiful property.

Good hotel overall , as you would expect for a five star. the front staff address you by name when you arrive which was a nice touch, and the rooms and facilities are of course spotless and modern. Pricey place to stay, but it is a 5-star after all

The hotel was OK, with very attentive staff. However, I strongly urge you not to Valet your car. They scratched the side of my car and were very quick to deny any responsibility. After spending a weekend there and shelling out 2.5k they seemed to change their tone when I found the scratch. Disappointing! They did offer me a "free" bottle of water though.

I stayed here for one night with my husband. I absolutely loved it! The service was impeccable from start to finish and the room was amazing. Mind you, I have never stayed at a hotel this fancy, so I knew it was going to be good, but it exceeded my expectations. We had a room on the 11th floor that faced West. It was very quiet and peaceful. The room was spotless. We used the pool facilities which were nice as well. Overall, a great time!

In general, top notch. Stayed in a corner one bedroom suite. Excellent door staff, can't say enough good about them. Comfortable bed, lots of space, two bathrooms. The master bath is a little crowded because they tried to squeeze every luxury conceivable into a finite space, resulting in very little space to stand between the tub and the vanity, and tough for two people to use at the same time. Tried to go down to the the cafe for breakfast Sunday morning (as we were leaving) and was told we should have made a reservation, it was going to be and hour wait. I was a little surprised. Every evening we were there the bar was hopping, but the noise spills all over the lobby level. As we were checking in close to midnight it was difficult to hear the front desk staff, I had to lean over the counter to understand them over the din. I would stay there again for the bed, bedding and excellent staff.
