Brad Krahn and the gang at this place ROCK!! Super helpful every time I come in and willing to go the extra mile. I have a fleet of trucks and they take good care of them.

Corey Densley and the trailer department done a great job suppling me with a new trailer. I didn't make his job easy, but Corey and FGI really came through for me. Thank you.

Grumpy and clueless sales person. Gave me the feel they couldn't care less about my business. I can live without them.
They have good selection of supplies, good prices on some stuff and ridiculously high on others. Shop around

Will NEVER shop at this place again. After being passed from one person to another finally spoke to Mark the parts manager. Arrogant and rude.

Receptionist should not be on phones Has no phone etiquette or common courtesy. Almost seemed that I was interrupting her or putting her out in some way.

they could have settled my issue in a professional manner but decided not to even see my point of view or give me any options.

This review is a bit late, but better late than never. We took our RV in for driveline repairs after an improper reinstall after towing. While in their shop someone backed a trailer into the front of our RV breaking both windshields and damaging the dash.

Patrick Davis, the service manager, showed great concern and sympathy for our dilemma and made sure all the repairs were done to our complete satisfaction. The RV drives beautifully too by the way.

Thank you Patrick and your staff.
