  It's a good place to work at if you're a guy. If you're a temp female you have no say what so ever, even if you are a good worker. Had to get moved onto the midnight shift since "I was a problem" or "distraction". Apparently grown ass men cant control themselves so it's easier to blame a younger female who keeps her head down and only wants to make her pay and forget that she even works at formet. So glad to be gone! What a joke this place was!

  Great experience, met a lot great people. Only had a year contract through HCR and that has come to an end unfortunately. Hoping to return sometime in the future.
