The most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I was staying at the Stoneridge Inn at Talbot and the 401. The hotel recommend Al's for delivery as their kitchen was closed. The person who took our order seemed like he could care less. Ordered a Cheese Pizza with chili flakes. They deliver a pizza with Hot peppers. I called the restaurant back to notify them the order was wrong. The resent the pizza but I received a nasty call from who I assume was the manager literally screaming ate and demanding me to pay an additional$12 to delivery the pizza when they clearly messed up. I spoke with the hotel front desk to inform them of my experience and they will no longer recommend Al's to their guests. Use caution when dealing with this establishment.

The attendant got very agitated when i asked for extra sauce, he said it was not included in the price? Experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will not be back.
