My basement flooded from a foundation crack and also required a flooded basement cleanup, I called flood tech at 3am and to my surprise they were available for an assessment at that time. I was very impressed with this company’s arrival time, their professionalism, pricing and expert water damage restoration knowledge. they did a thorough cleanup and also waterproofed my basement, I can’t say enough good words about this company they truly saved me thousands in further water damage repair costs. Pablo was so helpful in the water damage inspection process we did over video conference on the phone because of distance. He was the only place I called (and I called many) that took the time to help me directly. He took his time explaining what to look for and what I could do to help lessen the damage. It turned out the issue was something that we could remedy but I wouldn't have known that without Pablo's help, as we would have accrued more damage or cost waiting for help. I believe this is a company you can trust if you've got employees who care like Pablo.
