I was impressed!!! In short period of time, price twice as less as any other companies offered.
AND THE MOST IMPORTANT FOR ME - ACCURATE see photo ( they put tarp on my driveway before start digging, and removed after, so driveway was as clean as before) AND PUNCTUAL ( promised to start at 9:30am so by that time they started, promised 1 day -DONE in 1 day).
RECOMMEND to everyone! QUICK, EFFICIENT, ACCURATE, GOOD PRICE!

I highly recommend PHD Plumbing and Drain! We had them install a new backwater valve and replace the sanitary lateral sewer line from the city line to the house. They are one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. They respond quickly and easily diagnosed the problem. They employ highly skilled workers who arrive punctually and do a superb job. They often go above and beyond the call of duty. They are an absolute pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with them again. We have already recommended them to others!

our water pipes coming in from the street. We upgraded from 1/2" pipes to 3/4" pipes. The company was PROFESSIONAL and amazing from day one. EXCELLENT respectful communication. Very prompt with answering questions and emails. FAIR prices. Jimmy in customer service is so kind and friendly. And most importantly, the work was done quickly and our water pressure is now AMAZING. Jimmy arrived on time, knew my issues, was wearing a mask and was extremely professional. He asked me to show the issues that I was facing (there were quite a few) and explained what were the next steps and the timeline and cost for each. He also offered multiple options and the cost for each of them. Then, after I signed off on the price, he fixed the issues very promptly and quickly. He then showed us what exactly had he modified and told us the best way maintain the new installation. The overall experience was extremely smooth and we didn’t any issues. Jimmy was extremely professional, is an expert in what he did and very kind and went out of his way to help me out. I will recommend him for any plumbing issues/ installation.
