My bathtub drain clogged and wouldn't drain water. Initially, I was hesitant to call a plumber because I didn't know what company to go with. Then I came across Drain King Plumbers- I was impressed with their website and over-the-phone customer service. I received same day service. When the technician was on his way, I received a text with a photo of the technician and a tracking link so I knew who to expect and when to expect him. The technician was professional and respectful. The price was fair. I could not be happier with the service I received. I would recommend Drain King Plumbers 10/10!

I forget the gentlemen’s name that services us ( sorry!) but he was great. He answered any questions I had and even gave me realistic answers. He was patient and understanding. He also was polite and gave me various options. He cane in with his protective mask on and respected boundaries ( physical distance ones). He was great and fixed the problem. THANK YOU! Would highly recommend.
