  I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Christina's outstanding assistance! My wife's flight got unexpectedly canceled, and I was in a panic trying to find a solution. Fortunately, Christina went above and beyond to help us out.
  
  Despite phoning 10 minutes before closing Friday evening, Christina remained incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive to my concerns. She took the time to understand our situation and quickly got to work on finding alternative options for my wife's travel.
  
  Not only did Christina manage to sort out a new flight for my wife, but she also did it in a way that saved us quite a bit of money! I was amazed at her expertise and resourcefulness in finding the best possible deal for us. It was evident that she genuinely cared about our predicament and went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction.
  
  Its awesome to come across such exceptional customer service, especially on a busy Friday night. Christina's efforts undoubtedly made a significant difference for us, turning what could have been a stressful ordeal into a seamless and positive experience.
  
  I wholeheartedly recommend Christina to anyone who needs assistance with travel-related matters. She's a true gem and a valuable asset to the company.   Ill start with the fact that my domestic round trip booking was booked correctly.. I can’t complain about that. I did however have a frustrating and strange experience with this location. I haven’t worked with other locations and it seems each location has the ability to make their own rules and set their own fees so I will only speak to my experience with this one.
  
  I was charged the international rate for the mandatory captains package, despite only booking domestic flights. I was told that this location had decided not to adhere to the rates posted on the website. When I changed flights, they again tried to charge me the international change fee of $75 and when I inquired, they offered to change it to $25 (the advertised domestic change fee) as a gesture. I honestly thought my experience was due to the agent I was working with and when I spoke with a manager received the same information and extremely rude attitude. This is my first and last experience with flight centre. Thankful the hours spent on the phone for a simple BC/AB trip are behind me.

  Do not book with Flight Centre I have booked with them twice and both times ended badly. Currently I am stuck in Asia because my travel agent misclicked when booking our flights and booked us a return 10 days after we requested, and when I called to ask to get this changed we were told it was not possible and that I would have to pay a change fee (which was $3000) which is not possible for us. Also the lady we talked to on the phone had a terrible attitude and was not understanding at all and was snapping at me the whole time. Just an over all a terrible experience. And not to add, the last time we booked with them we were traveling to Africa and we’re not told we needed to bring the long form copy of our birth certificates so after our layover in England we were not allowed to board our plane to South Africa and we had to PAY to stay in England for a week while we waited to go to the embassy. Just horrible. AND also when we were booking our trip to Asia our travel agent went on vacation the day before we were booking, so we had to switch travel agents last minute. Do not recommend at all, I will be booking my flights on my own from this point on. Don’t book with them if ur hoping for a stress free travel because I can guarantee something will go wrong one way or another.

  Nicki was very knowledgeable and extremely prompt.. she booked two return flights to Europe for a family of three and a service dog. 🐶 So much easier than doing it on your own. I appreciate her professionalism. Thank you Nicki.

  Walked in to book a flight and was immediately served without delay. Eppa Lea, the travel agent who served me was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She even found my preferred flight at a rate less than what I could find on the internet.
