  We enjoy dealing with Kelly Scott for our travel needs. She is enthusiastic and knowledgeable, as well as efficient. We had a great trip earlier this month, because Kelly booked our flights at the perfect times for us (2:20 pm; not early in the morning or overnight) with a short time between flights in Vancouver. This is what travelling is all about and also what makes it enjoyable. We will be calling soon to book another trip!

  I booked two holidays with flight center, first one was to vegas in which they took our instructionsand did a not bad job, the second one was to california, and they spelt my sons name wrong after i had confirmed it with them twice, and we just about missed our flight, but good thing we showed up two and half hours early and barely were able to make the changes in time, we also booked plus seats on the plane and they did not do their job and had to accept regular seats , when i am 6 ft 7 inches tall and do not fit in to reg seats and was cramped the whole way there,we had an emergency on our trip and had to send my son home early, called the travel agent to change the dates,they said it would cost me $ 600 extra charge , i called the airport and they were able to get me a flight for next to no extra charge,I will never use this company again and am extremely upset about my whole experience
